Took my BMW for an oil change, I'm new to the area and was nervous about finding a shop that I felt comfortable with beings i had the same mechanic for 15 years before I moved. Mo was absolutely amazing, so kind and reassuring specially since we have the same BMW 🤣. I highly recommend this shop 💯! Grateful that my prayers were answered in finding a top quality shop.

I've had some poor experiences with mechanics so I waited to be sure, and I waited too long. They replaced the radiator in my dying outback. It is the only repair I've been totally satisfied with since I bought the car. It was fast, affordable, and didn't leave me with any new vehicle symptoms.

I really wanted to like this shop, but I'm still upset at my experience. I brought my car in to fix the e-brake, I explained the car has been sitting and just wanted it fixed. I got charged for a rotor and pad replacement, among other things, but as you can see in the photos that was not replaced. Even worse, they left a huge grease mess on my seat, and carpet. The interior was all disassembled around the e-break handle and not put back. All this cost me $500, and he didn't want to give me a receipt because he claimed the car was not road safe, even though I drove it to Seattle the next day. He didn't want to give me a receipt because the work he charged me for was not real, looks like they just adjusted the break cable and charged me $500.

Amazing work! The new management helped us get back on the road with our tire issues quickly and with great customer service for our trip down to Portland. Thanks again!

I have gone to fifth gear automotive a few times now and it has always been a great experience. They are very communicative about the problem and so quick with the turnaround to get things done. I am never without my car for more than like two days and it’s always perfect when I get it back. They are fair about price to and make you feel taken care of. I would recommend them to anyone looking to get work done on their car!
