The only good thing about this place is they accept many different forms of payment and are open 24 hours. After returning the vehicle I received my deposit back a few days later. A day after that I was charged 49.99. They informed me it was for the cleaning fee, and I informed them I had pitchers of the the car upon returning it. They constantly giving me the run around and trying to pass the buck off to corporate. The most expensive rental I ever used.

Will be filing this as a Consumer Complaint with the Office of the Attorney General's office. People are being taken advantage of because Fifth Rent A Car are the only ones opened late on Saturdays. The car we rented should have never been rented, let alone be in their inventory. Customer service with Molly was great! Process took to long, (2 hrs) because she was the only person working. We did address our concerns with Molly about the smell, the tint and the lights on the dashboard as we proceeded to get into the car. She said it had just been checked and everything was fine. It was getting dark and we did not inspect around the vehicle. Wrong things: 1. Odor in the car was very strong. 2. Warning lights lit up on the dashboard. 3.
