Fifth Street Service Center

I called before I went here for a state inspection and had a great experience over the phone and in person with Edward. While there for inspection he noted a problem with my vehicle. I asked him for an estimate of what it would cost for him to repair. He said he would work on it and call me. Not only did I not get a call but for the past few weeks I've tried to call it rang busy. His phone is off the hook or I am blocked, either way it is unprofessional. I am disappointed as I had high hopes for this place based on previous reviews.

Very professional and did the work in a very quick and timely manner. He was extremely nice and the price was very fair. My cars a/c is working great now! I highly recommend this place! I did have to schedule my appointment a few days out for an opening but they got the work done super quick and on the same day once I got it there. He called and told me the problem and the estimated price before completing anything to make sure I wanted to do it. I love that! Thank y'all for fixing my ac!

This place was awesome, the father and son were so kind when I went to get my vehicle inspected, they replaced my wipes and fixed my lights that have not been working for a while within minutes and the price was very reasonable. Everyone including the customer's were welcoming, everyone who came through that door said hello, the day before the customer's that were already there said hello and we talked as though we were not strangers. This place has a real family type of environment and very welcoming feel to it. Keep up the awesome work you guys.

I took my car to this service station today after being screwed around by a service station in Greenville. I called and a gentlemen named Ed answered the phone. At first I didn't think it was a service station because he sounded so professional and kind on the phone. I was incorrect. He worked with me on labor cost and parts and assured me that he could handle my issues. He explained every problem that he found and there were a few and gave me the best options. I have 3 degrees in business and taught Customer Service for many years in New York. He was one of the most honest and professional technicians i have encountered in years (very knowledgeable as well). I will be returning for my additional repairs.
