I needed a new car as quickly as possible. I submitted an application online, just to see what they'd say. I got a call from Greg at Thrifty, and the next day I was able to drive off the lot! It was quick and easy to get the car, and it was a wonderful experience to work with them.

I pulled into the wrong car lot and the man I spoke with gave me directions and told me to be cautious because some of those dealerships were shady. When I told him the car was a rebuilt salvage, he looked it up on some dealer-only websites. Turned out the fenderbender the OTHER dealership told me about over the phone was actually a major wreck into a pole that tore through the engine. After that, he put me in touch with a dealer closer to where I live. His genuine concern and extra mile for a person who wasn't even a customer certainly saved me thousands in future repairs (and may have even saved my life given the cheap repairs).

George, the salesman I dealt with was friendly and knowledgeable about all the gadgets on the Navigator we bought from them. Gregg and the rest of the staff were pleasant and helpful. We would buy another vehicle from them if they had one we wanted.
