Fine Line Auto Body Grandview / OSU

Excellent paint job! They went above and beyond. I am so glad I took my car here. Color matches so well! Great customer service(especially Nick, but also everyone in the office). Reasonable price. They are professional, polite and warm. Even help me clean it a bit after the paint job. Just wow.

Took my car here after an accident for some body work. Service was very quick and friendly. They were able to come out and tow my car the day I called them and everything was handled through insurance without issue. Overall I’m quite satisfied with my experience and would definitely come back!

Went there to get my rear window replaced, it was done in just a few days. great turnaround time. However I did have to bring it back in because my door would not open but they were able to fix it within a day and were very nice about the situation

My son's car was vandalized on the Ohio State University campus after the first OSU home game. The back window was busted out and the plastic spoiler above the window was also broken. After a review of auto body shops around OSU, I called Fine Line Auto Body on Grandview. From beginning to end, Fine Line was sympathetic, responsive and great to deal with. Tammy and Neil are fantastic people who understood my needs and worked with me to find the best option and price for my situation. I would not hesitate to refer them to anyone or use them again (even though I hope I don't have to!).

Nick and his staff were amazing and a joy to work with through the whole repair process. They were attentive and responsive each step of the way. Letting me know how things were going with my insurance company so I could reach out to them when necessary to keep the process on track and going. Added bonus they cleaned and detailed my car inside and out. It is a 2019 Honda and it now looks brand new. You cannot go wrong using this shop for your repair.
