Took it in and had powersteering pressure line replace, and shocks and struts replaced. After they did all this work, they told me my tires were very choppy and to go get new tires and come back to get an alignment done. When I drove off my car felt like I was driving on ice, the alignment was so out of whack that my tires where skidding while driving down the road. When I got home I noticed the front passenger side tire was drastically toed out while the drivers side was straight. I took it immediately to firestone to have an alignment done. They also checked my tires and told me their was no reason to get new tires at this time and that my alignment was way out range. I will never go back to this shop after this incompetency again. I took my car here in November because they had previously worked on my car, and I thought I could trust them. My car kept stalling intermittently and I didn’t know what it was as no codes were popping up. In November they told me it had the wrong spark plugs on it. I did wonder why they didn’t notice that before when they had worked on my car, but whatever I paid for new spark plugs. Two months later it happened again. This time they told me it was my transmission and that it would be 10k to replace. When I asked how much a transmission flush would be, they told me it was around $300, but it may not work because there was metal debris in my transmission. The team Thry have are also too notch and masters of their craft from diagnosing faulty heater cores, to being able to change out struts, and front alignments this is a truly fantastic shop that keeps you informed the whole way through. My truck had a transmission problem and Joel was able to get me in that morning and diagnose the issue quickly. I’d also had a running issue with my evap system throwing a check engine light on that I’d had a different shop take several attempts to fix but could not. Joel had it figured out that same day. When the parts needed to fix the truck were going to take a few days to arrive, he was able to get me into a loaner quickly. The shop was in constant communication with me about updates, which was refreshing. I was so happy with the service, I immediately brought my wife’s van in for some lingering repairs that were needed as well. DO NOT use this auto shop. I do some work on my car simple things like breaks, oil, air filter ect. I just had my fist baby and I did as much as I can to fix the misfire problem myself, but due to lack of time and knowledge I called this shop and wanted a simple complimentary inspection done. The nice desk woman told me it would take 1 hour but it took 5+ hours i waited and saw Silas (the mechanic) take my car on a test drive around the block, but it was gone for over 15 minutes. When it came back he had a burger king cup in my cup holder and fries on my seats and floor. He explained things to me like I had no knowledge about cars and told me my turbo was blown.
