Finger Lakes Harley-Davidson

Gary and Josh got me into my first Harley recently. Couldn't have had a better experience. Gary was a no pressure salesman, fully honest about everything about the bike over the phone. Josh was easy to deal with, quickly agreeing on a fair price, and getting me financed. Paperwork was quick and I was on the road home with my new bike in an hour. I wouldn't think twice to reccomend them, and will surely be a repeat customer

One of the best experiences I’ve had so far, I have owned 11 different bikes , 6 have been new Harley’s , After purchasing 3 new Harleys from my “local “ dealer I figured I would give them a try, Josh was able to come within $50 trade in of what my other dealership offered. Gary made the purchase and trade in very easy and effortless, he actually got me a better interest rate by going through a local credit union and offered me a few other options not offered by the other dealer. I have ordered many parts from the parts department, I have honestly had a few issues when ordering parts but they have always taken care of me. My friends and I were riding through the Finger Lakes, and we stopped in at the Harley-Davidson store. The staff is extremely friendly. Several of them stood and talked with us and gave us detailed info on the 2023 adventure bike. There is a wide selection of motorcycles, merchandise, and accessories. I highly recommend you stop in and check it out.

Very nice dealer with friendly staff! One of the individuals in management that was working the day we went even took the time to talk to my husband about some employment opportunities and gave him some ideas for getting into the industry which was very much appreciated!
