Finish Line Car Wash & Detail

Took about half an hour just to get the car into the washing area. We watched several cars that were not there when we arrived go before us, but that’s because they were being ran through the washing area repeatedly and washed by hand because the foam part of the wash was down, and first set of misters were kicking nothing out. When we paid no one told us that we would not get everything we were paying for because their system is down, nor did they mention an incredibly extended wait time. Customers should absolutely be informed if part of what they explicitly pay for is unavailable.

In June 12 I went to this place and they cleaned my car but then after a few hours mark started appearing and a went back to tell them what happened but the manager first said it was sunscreen. I’m very disappointed

Customer service is great, would give 5 stars alone for that. But the quality of the service itself is 2... I spent over $100 for a car wash and interior cleanse. There was a lot of residue on my exterior which is one of the biggest reasons why I spent this much. A lot of streaking left.. I also saw so much dirt left over in my carpets! The stains on my seat belts and buckle were definitely NOT there before this service.

I recently had a disappointing experience at Finish Line Car Wash. About a month ago, I went in for a wash but had to leave because the service was not done properly, and I couldn’t wait for another round since they put me at the back of the line. Today, I decided to give them another chance and spoke to the manager about the previous incident. Unfortunately, the manager dismissed my concerns and implied that I was being untruthful about the situation. This kind of customer service is unacceptable. While I appreciate that they eventually took care of the wash properly, the initial handling of the issue and the lack of accountability were disappointing. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this car wash to others. I hope they improve their service and customer relations in the fut

So, my driver’s side door handle was broken here. The manager told me it was a bad design and it wasn’t his team’s fault. He even showed me a video. It’s just sad because it was solid when I had it, and the day I go for a car wash, I now have a broken door handle. I’m so sad. I’ll never know if it’s negligence that caused it to break or not. I just know that I went to finish my car wash, came back, and had a broken door handle with no support whatsoever. No help, and the business just told me “too bad”. ☹️ Great wash though wiped everything clean car looks great. I just wish this wouldn’t have happened.
