Nobody wants to have to go through getting a car repaired, its stressful and you have the insurance, and you have the autobody shop. First off, I was treated as person not a number at Finish line Collision at every step of the repair and during every call. Every person there I talked to or saw cared about what they were doing and at no time was anyone dishonest only straight up front about everything along the way. The insurance company was always trying to cut cost, but Finish line would take pictures and say nope this is the way we have to fix the car it's not about cost it's about doing it right. Now for everyone that I didn't see great job! Now for the paint job, I am a very picky person I will see things people will never see and I was blow away by the work that was put in on getting

I took my car to a Mechanic that damaged my car. He referred me to a buddy Owner of Finish Line Collision,to pay to fix the damage. When I picked the car up it wasn't fixed all the way. The son said, "If you can't live with it bring it back." I'm thinking why wasn't it "fixed" to begin with? So I bring it back,and I went inside to drop off the keys to get it fixed. The Owner came cussing and raging over the situation. Said "it wouldn've never left looking like that" I was scared and in shock. I left. I didn't feel comfortable. Owner is unstable.

Dennis does wonderful work. He came out and surveyed the damage before sending me an email a few hours later. By the end of the day I had scheduled for my vehicle to be worked on. The work done was good and prompt and I was kept updated during the whole process. Would 100% recommend Finish Line. They're professional, polite, and work quickly.
