I had made an appointment to have a large dent in my van removed. I had taken it to another shop who had it for 4 days and never touched it. I called FinishCraft and they had me drop off my van the next day and it was ready when they told me it would be. I am very happy with their work. They did a great job and are very professional! I was in an accident on my Harley Davidson and needed to get the parts that were damaged painted to match the ones that were not. The problem was they were the denim/matte black that only Harley has and Harley was not willing to give up the paint. These guys painted and repainted until they got it right at no extra expense to me. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who wants quality work while supporting our own local business. After trying to get the hull of my jet ski repaired for nearly 10 months, I was referred to Randy and the crew at Finishcraft. I called ahead and arranged to bring my seadoo in for an estimate. Randy met me at the curb, assessed the damage and gave me an estimate on the spot. Within a week I received a call that the work had been completed. When I picked up my seadoo it looked brand new! The work was so well done that I could not tell where the damaged areas had been! In addition, the crew used a forklift and helped me load and secure (in my truck bed) the small 2up jet ski I had on my double trailer (had another, 3up jet ski I needed to trailer) They took care to make certain it would not move, wiggle or slide. I had a lot of problems with their shop from day one got my car back fixed but, then other problems happen because of something they did while fixing it. When confronted with the problem the employee threatened my husband we will not be doing business with them again very disappointed in the unprofessionalism and lack of accountability.
