Worst place to go don't waste your time, my husband's car has been there for over a month and half now for a repair on the front bumper from hitting deer, everytime he calls about the status of his car he gets nowhere, he has now had to pay money out of his own pocket for a rental because his rental period from his insurance has expired. And he can never get a hold of Brooke's.

Don’t recommend. My fiancée went here to get his car fix after a fender bender. Had to wait several hours for the one guy who does estimates to come. After a few hours he was told to come back. Even after coming back he had to wait another hour. He was never told his appointment even though the front desk lady rudely informed him she “made him aware”. Once they finally had the car, they finished within the week and did a good job on the bumper at least. The lady on the phone who called to inform him to pick the car up said that they only take cash or check. My fiancée brought cash but they don’t have change! And did NOT inform him of the exact price so he had to give them extra money since no other solution was give(other than picking it up another day when he could pay the exact price).

TLDR: get a credit card reader. It’s 2024, my 1-man mechanic shop has one… I struck a deer on 09/09/2024, The crash did some minor damage to the left front bumper of my vehicle. I called around to different shops in the area and settled on Finish Line Auto Body due to the fact that they help with lowering my deductible. I dropped my vehicle off on Monday Sept. 23rd, 2024, it took approximately 2 weeks to get my car back ( no big deal). When I called to get a status update, they said the vehicle would be done the next day. I texted the owner Brooks and made arraignments to pick up my vehicle after 5 p.m. on 10/09/2024. Brooks stayed after and waited until I got there. Here is the fun part, as I was driving to the shop to pick up my vehicle, I received a text stating that they only accept c

Brooks and the staff at Finishline Autobody have repaired our 2015 Chevy Silverado after an unfortunate meeting with a deer…repaired the rust and painted our 99’ Dodge 2500…painted hard bags on our 06’ Road King..and are currently repairing our 2018 Expedition after another deer attacked it. Great service and attention to detail! I highly recommend Finishline Autobody!

Finishline Auto Body will tell the customer whatever he/she wants to hear in order to gain their business. They took nearly a MONTH to repair a deer hit car that they said would take a week. Every time I called them, I was lied to about the status of the repair (I drove there and visually verified their false claims). When I was finally called to pick up my vehicle, there was an obviously noticeable difference in the panel gaps between the fenders and the front doors that required another trip back into the shop. The replacement hood does not follow the contours of the fenders. There appeared to be minor paint flaws and the overall work was mediocre at best. Not impressed.
