Finnicum Service Center & Quick Lube

I normally would give a five star rating because the service department has always been great with no issues. This time for some reason my passenger seat was let all the way back and there was oil on my passenger seat. I didn’t have time to address it because I had an appointment to attend to. I’m not sure what my seat has to do with an oil change. Also the service pop up on my dash wasn’t reset so that’s aggravating every time I start my car. I hope I truly got the service I paid for.

I really enjoyed Finnicum Motors Service Center & Quick Lube completing my oil 🛢 change and service. Customer service performance 👏 was outstanding and the service job was perfect. The technician also found a nail in my tire that could have been hazardous to me and my family but we were taking care of by our Finnicum Motors family and we greatly appreciated you ❤️ all.

My wife called and scheduled an 11am appointment for an oil change. I brought the car in a few minutes early. They couldn't find the appointment under either my last name or my wife's. I was asked multiple times if I was sure about what my own last name was and had to pull out my ID. Once the appointment fiasco was resolved I spent over an hour and a half in the waiting room for just an oil change. Same woman comes out and gets calls out a last name that doesn't belong to anyone in the room and then calls my wife who isn't even there asking if someone is coming to get the car because she just called for us and nobody answered. The customer service was absurd. I get people can be tired, busy, or even just new, but good grief.

I felt like a real person here. I wasn’t bombarded with all the unnecessary stuff and I didn’t feel pushed into making a decision. I contacted Krystal Williams at the Americus location on Friday about a car I was interested in to confirm the availability and let her know I would be stopping by on that Saturday. When I got there Saturday she already had the car pulled up to the front door. We test drove it. Went in and signed papers and I had a new car in all of about 2-3 hours. I highly recommend Finnicum just based on the ease of things and how everyone that I’ve interacted with has been so helpful and understanding. I’ve also used the service department in Leesburg for things like oil changes, battery problems and tire problems as well. Everyone in the service department seems knowledgea

They did an excellent job. Only thing I would add is don't be over zealous in trying to reach out to reschedule. I know when it is time to get my vehicle serviced and I don't constant reminders.
