Great experience. We didn't have any problems. We were promptly picked up at the airport and taken to the rental car location. The car was clean, in very good condition with about 30k miles on it and it ran well. We were promptly driven back to the airport after our rental. Dinesh was very friendly and helpful during the rental process. We would definitely rent from Firearch Rent a Car in the future.

I highly recommend using Firearch when you need a rental car in Dallas. Dinesh is super friendly and offers great customer service. He picked me up at the airport, got me out of the office in a timely manner and adapted to my schedule changes with no problem. Great company with great customer service. They provided a clean, new, and reliable car at a remarkably reasonable price. I was a little concerned about using a rental car service outside of the DFW rental car hub, but when they offered to pick us up and drop us off directly at the terminal and take us to their convenient (and close location) it was a seamless rental experience. Great rates, fair pricing for tolls, and friendly curbside service are some of the many reasons I would use Firearch again.

Excellent rental, absolutely no issues or complaints. I was a bit worried about renting a car "off-airport", as I travel a lot and rarely do this. However, the rates from Firearch were so much better than the standard rental car agencies, that I decided to give them a try. I was not disappointed. It was a little weird picking up and dropping off the car, as this is not like the regular car rental companies and there is not a large staff of people waiting for you to show up. It seems to be pretty much a one-man operation, which I am sure helps keep the price down. Bottom line for me is that it worked great, saved me a ton of money and was hassle-free. I would definitely use them again.

What great service! Looked for a rental car company via Kayak and saw Firearch, figured I'd give them a try. Great prices, had an awesome car, and the owner was great!
