Very honest dealership! My wife and I are from Pennsylvania and we flew into Salt Lake and picked up our Jeep to tour Utah and surrounding states and drive it home. Two months before our trip I contacted Jeremy at Firehouse and told him what vehicle I was looking for and a few weeks later he bought one at an action for me and had it serviced and ready to go when I arrived to pick it up, sight unseen. Jeremy was very honest on the condition of the vehicle and it was exactly as described. His wife Tami also went the extra mile and with the finishing touches! I highly recommend this dealership!

I initially gave this place a good rating when I bought the used car. The office staff was really friendly and helpful, and the price was reasonable. There were no obvious outside defects on the car, and I took the car to a mechanic before purchasing it. The mechanic showed me a leaking shock and brake pads that needed to be replaced. I understood that this was a used car that would probably need some repair, and I was OK with that. However, I was really disappointed when after 4 or 5 car washes, the exterior paint had been revealed with TONS of faded spots (original paint was black, faded spots were silver/white). When it was time to purchase a new-to-us car, we struggled to find one that had everything we needed. (As the primary vehicle to transport my 83-year-old mother, we had several very specific requirements.) We are so happy to have found Firehouse Auto Sales. We found several vehicles that fit our parameters in their inventory. After test driving this car, we determined we wanted to purchase even after identifying a couple of mechanical issues.
