From the moment I stepped into this Firestone, Mr Jesse was very attentive and welcoming. He immediately came to assist, asked what was wrong, what I thought might be the issue, and how he could help. Mr Jesse genuinely listened as I spoke and made me feel seen and supported. The waiting room was impeccable — clean, comfortable, and so inviting that I didn’t even want to step back outside. The bathrooms were spotless, and the entire environment felt top-notch and well cared for. As I sit here waiting to hear what’s going on with my car, I can honestly say this is a great space with great people. Thank you for the outstanding service. Keep rocking!

I recently brought my car to this Firestone after it started making noise, stalled once, and briefly showed a check engine light. When I checked the oil, the dipstick was completely dry. I didn’t go to the dealership because their website mentioned a fee for diagnosing noise concerns, so I chose Firestone instead and explained the entire history of the issue when I dropped the car off. Firestone told me they would look into it and keep me updated. Three hours later, I called for an update and was told the car was already finished. They said the oil was empty, they added oil, and the noise stopped. When I arrived, they showed me photos of the empty dipstick and confirmed the underbody was clean with no visible leaks. I recently went to this location on July 30th to have a brake inspection on my 2020 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon. I also wanted to see why it pops/clicks when I put it in reverse. He informed me that I needed a rear differential which he quoted me $3200. When he lifted the Jeep which has an aftermarket lift kit, and lowered it down, my Jeep started bouncing obnoxiously when I put it back on the road. I returned to Freddie the next day and he could not find the reason why my Jeep was bouncing. Freddie assured me he did nothing wrong. I decided to get a second opinion. I took my Jeep back to the shop that original installed my lift kit, and they told me I only needed shocks. The Shocks were replaced and the bouncing is gone. They told me there was no need to replace the rear differential because m

This shop is a very customer friendly shop. We agreed on a price firm when it came to replacing my tires, Freddy was very straight to business while also maintaining his customers happiness and making me feel comfortable. He did not try to push more charges on me or suggest things that were fine. I told him I needed my tires replaced and that’s what he did. When I came in my car was on a flat and a spare. Freddy and his team even went above and beyond even putting my spare and my tools back where they go to save me the trouble. I do recommend this shop and will be coming back with my other cars soon
