Firestone - Auto ProCare

I’m not one to leave negative reviews, as I understand that mistakes happen, and people should be given the opportunity to make things right. After my experience with Firestone - Auto ProCare, however, I feel obligated to say something. Yesterday was my first time visiting this shop. I had just installed new tires, and called to see if they could fit me in for an alignment. I was assured they could squeeze me in right after the car currently getting aligned was done. From the time I arrived for my alignment, to the time I was able to leave, nearly 3 hours had passed. Shortly after leaving, I noticed I was missing a rocker panel. The owner of the place was very rude. He didn’t do the job on my car properly, and when I noticed the problem I went back to try to reach an agreement. However, he refused to fix what he hadn’t done correctly and did not give me any refund. In my experience, I would not go back to this place or recommend that anyone else go there. 🚗

I have brought many of my cars, my family's car here to Firestone . The owner Niazi is a great soul! He has fixed my cars & help find best deals on parts. Him & his team of mechanics ( Dave, Andy,Jose just to name a few )are the best!

This day was a nightmare for me. Two cars with flats in the same day. I took the second car here and they really took care of me. They knew of the day I was having and gave me a very good deal on a replacement tire and wheel. Super nice people! Will visit again.
