The customer care was honestly the best care i’ve gotten in a while, if anything went wrong they personally fixed it right away. I had a week to get my car fixed to go out of town and they made time with me that way I can go out of town safely. They even helped me save money and they didn’t sugar coat anything to me even though i’m a female. The man who helped me out the most was Jim, he is the most reliable, honest, and trustworthy employee I have ever seen when dealing with auto mechanic shops. I want to be a forever customer of firestone forever.

Outstanding service, honest personnel, and quality work. It’s a tire shop, so things take awhile, so that sucks. But the wait is worth it. I’m genuinely impressed by the quality of work, courtesy, honesty, and patience given by the employees and managers. If you need service, this is definitely a trustworthy place to go!

The positive - my oil change and tire rotation seem to have been done correctly and they applied a coupon. But it's sad that I had an appointment at 10 am, checked in at 9:50 am and did not get my vehicle back until 12 pm. Over 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation? And this happened last time I went for the same services except it was 2.5 hours but I thought it might have been a fluke so tried the same location again (Abilene TX - S Clack location). All the employees seemed more interested in the pizza than anything else. The technicians even came in and got pizza to take back into the shop area. They get a couple of points for being friendly. Not only about the issue I brought my vehicle in for, but another important one quickly resolved while making all the necessary calls to the coverage company at no hassle on my part! My battery died last night and I was able to easily make an appointment, get it approved early morning and they worked as quick as possible for the replacement. Complete transparency and communication was there and I am very appreciative of this. Super happy I came to them!
