Came here to add my review, I read some of these reviews before hand so was skeptical on taking my Volkswagen to be serviced for the first time. Upon calling the shop speaking with John he told what my volkswagon will require on weights of the oil & assured me that they would take care of it. They did just that. To calming my nerves on any questions I may have after the service and points I inspection done. John rest assured me that they didnt find anything other than what they recommended in the future. So im not saying everyone's experience will be the same bc your inspection may find other stuff. Nonetheless, they took care of my truck & the invoice is exactly the weight the sticker required. If I could give zero stars I would. I took my car to get an alignment, oil change and balancing. I got to the shop and they were trying to pressure me into buying $1500 worth of new tires. I told them no. When I got back to my car the tires were not balanced/rotated or properly aligned. I asked why they didn’t rotate them and they told me it was “due to unbalanced tread” my two rear tires were fine. They were extremely rude and thanks to them I am in another state now buying new front tires because they aligned them incorrectly with the tires being pointed outwards causing the wires in both front tires to show. (I bought the front tires in July of this year so no way they’d be bad this quick) this location is a huge liability to the company and should be put out of business. They are carel

My car was shaking and would not accelerate. I made it to the Firestone and they initially didn't have a tech that day. They called me back within an hour and said the tech was available. I took the key back to the store for them to do the diagnostics. They told me I needed a spark plug and ignition coil. Although I had them all done a little over a year ago, of course the warranty was out. I had the repairs done. I was pleased, 3 days later I have the exact same issue. I luckily made it to a safe place and had it towed. After a second diagnostic at Tires Plus, they tell me I need a spark plug. Had I been told I needed to get them all replaced when I did one I would've gotten them all done at once. I'm all about preventative care. It would've been nice to be told this when I did t

To say that service manager Jonathan W. helped me out would be an understatement. My car had been making this intermittent humming noise that was concerning me for months but I could never figure it out. Jonathan stayed longer than his shift to ensure my car was sorted out and that I was able to get to my destination safely. Him and the technicians were very knowledgeable and knew exactly what was wrong with my car and made the repair quickly. I am astounded by their level of customer service and skill in their work. If I’m ever in the area again will definitely return to this Firestone and will recommend this Firestone to my friends, family, and colleagues.

Every time I go in Firestone the staff is so helpful! They got my car done in a timely manner. The young lady at the front desk that goes by the name Tim has outstanding customer service! 10 out of 10 most definitely would recommend!
