Firestone Complete Auto Care

Had a lifetime alignment performed there a couple weeks ago and my wife's vehicle has been steadily riding more rough ever since and I haven't been able to make it over there to have them check it again. I got up underneath it today for a visual inspection and my differential fluid has leaked out everywhere. I checked the notes that they gave me from the lifetime alignment that I paid for and it says that my differential fluid had been recently changed and the only way they would know that is if they loosened the nut and checked the fluid because they didn't ask me. If you loosen the nut on this vehicle you have to change a crush washer to prevent it from leaking. They put the wrong size tire onto my h3 but then gave me at2’s for the same price as the streets i was going to buy after they didn’t have the original tire I wanted in stock. That was very nice and made the visit better but after leaving and driving home i saw they didn’t pop my center cap all the way back into my rim and now i will have to buy two new center caps. Which wouldn’t be a problem if they weren’t the original center caps that came with it when it was bought. Very nice tires though.

I get my car oil change there, after come back home my car started dripping the oil and show up low engine oil level. And I back to store tell them about the issue, and they add 1/4Qt of oil to it. But has not seeing any where is leaking, and said that they can check on it when next oil change due. And after two months now, I bring my car to other store to get oil change and they found out there has no any oil in the tank, and found out they didn’t change the Deformed rubber band, it cause the leaking. Also I think they turn off my reminder device when I return the second time, because it didn’t pop up any messages about the Low oil level anymore. That hurt my engine…

Always very courteous people that work there get right to work on your vehicle. Quality of work is outstanding. Definitely recommend to other people.

We were on the way to spend the day at the lake when our boat trailer tire popped and busted. We were only 1 mile away from Firestone Tire on Clemson Blvd. So we pulled right in to see if they could help us last minute replace the trailer tire so our wheel wouldn’t get bent if we kept driving. They fit us right in for the repair & had us in/out in an hour and half so we were back on track the road to enjoy the day on the lake. We are so grateful. Desi and his mechanics there are awesome!!!
