Firestone Complete Auto Care

Firestone recently replaced all four tires on my car and did an excellent job. My tires are quite large, so they had to be special ordered, but the staff kept me updated on the timeline and finished the work faster than expected. The team was professional, helpful, and made the whole process smooth. My only concern is that an alignment was performed without checking with me first. It was needed, so I am not upset, but when you are already spending over two thousand dollars on tires, it is important for added services and charges to be clearly presented and approved ahead of time. Overall, the service was great, the staff was friendly, and the work was done right. I will continue using this Firestone location for future maintenance.

So, I have been using Firestone for oil changes and tires for yrs. My son has been using them for yrs, he convinced me to go there. So glad I did! Several mths ago, I had some work done at the dealer. I mentioned it to Roy when I was at Firestone for an oil change. He let me know that Firestone would have charged me $800 less!! I have since had about $3000 of work done ( old car, I want to driving). I am very comfortable with Firestone,that I am receiving the best price, best work, cause they don't over schedule and they are very respectful. My car is clean, like when I drop it off. Dan was very helpful, Firestone in Angleton was on the ball they fix my two tires and got me on the road in no time! It was like a pit stop for Race car, Thanks, God good job. Highly recommended.

Worse service ever done on any of my vehicles.. Angleton location has never done this bad.. 5.5 quarts when truck takes 8 quarts.... oil filter loose and dripping oil in my garage when I got home.. the whole bottom stained with oil due to loose oil filter.. worse experience ever.. wont be taking back to that location ever... ill fix and add oil myself...
