Firestone Complete Auto Care

The work on my car was solid, but I waited two hours after being told one, in a cold waiting area with no amenities. After spending $1,300 on new tires, they were returned looking dirty. I’d appreciate clearer time estimates and a better customer environment in the future!

The guys at Firestone worked on my car in October 2025. I needed new tires, an alignment, and an oil change. John and Matt accommodated my requests kindly and the work was done quickly. Yesterday, I had to return because my car was not driving properly. John and his team assessed the situation, completed the necessary safety work and issues, and I was on my way. went in for a nail in the tire. Was hoping for on and out but needed a new tire. Nail was sitting too close to the sidewall wall. Guys are always friendly and knowledgeable at this location. In the end Christopher asked for my autograph. It was a great experience.

The other day I brought in my car for an alignment and I was thrilled to receive my car 1 hour later. At the visit I was attended by Ness and he provided such great service. Very respectful and helpful with any questions or concerns I might have had. I appreciate you guys for the great work , keep it up!
