I just want to give a huge, huge shout out to this Firestone... Typically I go to the Firestone where I live in Lake Charles, because they're pretty helpful... but I think this Beaumont location is even better... My car was towed here on August 30th because I hit a massive rock in the road. I picked up the car on September 3rd once my new rims were delivered and they were able to finish their work. Originally, I thought it was just a flat tire, and they were able to get me another one the same day from another local Firestone ... Turned out I bent my rim and it wasn't holding air. He told me they'd contact Hyundai and get me pricing on a new rim. Instead I just went to Tire Rack online, and had a new set delivered to Firestone. They were transparent about pricing and called me before th

Very nice to get new tires here. Wow are they busy. Good thing i showed up as they were opening. AC inside was a cool place to wait. New tires and balanced and my vehicle runs smooth down the road. The Firestone destination LE tires run smooth and quieter than other tires I've had. I'm happy and recommend getting Firestone tires here. All the people here were kind; that means a lot.
