Justin in the service department was fantastic. I recently purchased a car out of state and wanted to make sure everything was safe and in good shape. Justin was able to fit me into the schedule the same day, which really took a huge weight off my shoulders. He took the time to have the car checked over thoroughly and made sure everything was good to go. Knowing the vehicle was safe gave me real peace of mind. The whole experience was smooth, professional, and reassuring. Justin was honest, helpful, and easy to work with. It’s hard to find places you can truly trust with your vehicle, but this is definitely one of them. I couldn’t be more thankful for the help and great service.

I walk in and was greeted immediately, by a gentleman named Justin. I must say this was one of the best customer service, that I have received in a long time. Maybe ever! Justin was so helpful and friendly. After we had decided on tires, he offered me a seat. There was another customer sitting and waiting for her car. I needed 4 new tires on my pathfinder. They offered reasonable pricing, and they had the car finished early the next day. I only met the manager and the girl at the desk, but they were both very nice!

I had a great experience at this Firestone location. Emma and Aladdin were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful in fixing the issues with my car. Please give them a raise they deserve it. Aladdin was able to explain in detail what was wrong and what I needed for my car and tires. Emma was extremely helpful at breaking down the cost of everything for me to get the best deal. Excellent customer service on all ends. Coming from someone who lives in PA, I know to come to this location next time Thank you again for everything.
