Great experience. Called for a quote on 4 new tires. They had the best price. They got us in same day and had car back to us in a couple hours. They were also very friendly and communicated everything with us. Definitely recommend!

Brought it in with a flat tire and at least 2 tires with low tred. Ended up getting 3 tires. Leave and realize all tires but the flat tire were replaced. When I call the Bensalem location back they just kept saying the tred was fine but I said I don't care about the tred when I came because that tire was flat. They stressed that they all checked that tire. But it was as flat when I got the car. No one suggested me needing 4 new tires(which was probably needed) or suggested i alignment after they had a new and old tire in the front.I ended up getting so frustrated that my significant other, fill it with air, and drive it to the Levittown firestone to have everything fixed.

I am writing to express my significant dissatisfaction with the recent service experience, particularly concerning the customer service and the extended timeframe for service completion. On Monday, I scheduled an appointment for a state vehicle and emissions inspection for Friday at 9:00 AM, with an estimated service duration of one to one and a half hours. I dropped off my vehicle as scheduled on Friday at 9:00 AM, anticipating collection around 10:30 AM. Having not received any communication, I contacted your office at noon and was informed that the service was not yet complete but would be addressed shortly. Steve was kind, friendly. He explained a few different options, then recommended what hw thought was the bwst option. Thats the option I took. Great customer service all the way around. Will always bring my business here thanks to Steve.
