Great experience at Firestone. Rocheal at the front desk was very helpful, professional, and kept me updated throughout the entire process. Luis, the mechanic, did an excellent job replacing my water pump and gasket. Everything was explained clearly, the work was done in a timely manner, and they even offered me a 10% discount, which I really appreciated. Pricing was great and my car is running smooth. I highly recommend this location and will definitely be back for future services.

I went in for an oil change and rotation, it started out a little rough but they finished. I was like yes, let's go get food and then my dr appointment. Well, my car had other plans for me. It started sputtering and cut off. I got the manager and he got his employees on it fast. My Dr appointment is slowly approaching and I don't want to get anyone in trouble so I won't put it on here, but the manager Jose Aguilar knows what he did for me. I'm beyond thankful that there are still nice people in the world that care not only about doing their job but taking care of their customers. So, again thank you so much.

The best Firestone that I have visited. I set up appt online yesterday after 6pm. I received appt confirmation @ 0645 the next morning for 11am. I went into shop for a road force balancing & alignment. Rocheal, the service advisor, is very professional, knowledgeable and fast @ check-in. The store manager is extremely qualified with outstanding skills and leadership. He informed me what needed to be done in detail and if I had any concerns to let the shop know. Lastly, the technician, Roger performed the work and it was above and beyond what I have received in the past. My vehicle rides like new and I can tell care, skill, and outstanding workmanship was exhibited. Very impressed and will come again.
