Rude unprofessional. Don’t waste your time dealing with this place. I was told to come in to take care of a problem they created when replacing a tire. Showed up when they told me to. Person at counter said I wasn’t in the system and said technicians weren’t in yet. I asked when the technicians would be there said he had no clue. Seriously. I would rather go to another place and pay to have them fix what this place messed up.

If I could give this location negative stars I would. First time in Hilton Head/Bluffton area, traveling from Western NY with a rental in Savannah. The muffler pipe separated from the exhaust and was extremely loud. We found this place open until 5pm on Sunday and drove right over arriving at 330pm. The manager was rude and abrasive and verbally accosted my husband asking what his problem was. Explained the muffler situation and that we were from out of town. The manager's face got beat red and he just started yelling that he was going to be out by 5pm, no exception, and he was not supposed to be there in the first place. He was not going to help us. I made an appointment for 3. On the way my tire exploded. I called and John answered the phone. He was polite and understood. What stood out to me is that he offered to still bring in my vehicle and explained that there would be time available for my oil change. After an hour I arrived he welcomed me with a smile and took my information...keys and my car was ready. Both him and his coworker to the end were so hospitable. Thank you John and Chip ...my experience was top notch...5 stars. I trust taking my vehicle and there professional recommendations. It gives me the peace of mind that I can take my vehicle to a trust worthy facility with professionals that look out for there customers.

The air conditioning on my 2005 Porsche 911 convertible is only blowing warm air and not very comfortable during an eighty-five degree day. My thoughts or maybe hopes were that the A/C needed a refrigerant recharge. I scheduled an appointment at Firestone. I arrived a few minutes early, and the gentlemen working the front were cordial. One of them checked me in, and I asked if there was an idea of a time estimate to diagnose and repair. If one or two hours, I can eat lunch and have a couple of pops. The answer was what I expected, because no one really knows how long it will take. So, I took an Uber home. Refused service because I didn't buy tires from them, old man up from was cranky, rude, and condescending. Forget his name. They used to do everything i needed them to, now they refuse service over not buying their tires. This place is a money grab and tried to even take pictures of my truck and all kind of stuff despite not servicing it and asking him to not photograph me or the vehicle. I wouldn't take my vehicle here in the future
