Steve and his crew are wonderful! Despite being shorthanded they were able to address all of our concerns and needs for our family vehicle and get us back on the road safely. His techs are not afraid of a challenge and are very thorough with their work. Jon was very helpful on the phone when we called for services. We will continue to take our vehicles to this Firestone, they are great!

I usually handle my own car work, but occasionally I bring it in for small things. These guys claim to do a routine multi-point inspection, which I assume is more of a spiritual concept than an actual process. I’ve brought my car in with the dashboard fully illuminated — check engine, warning lights, the works — and not once has anyone mentioned it. You’d think a glowing dashboard might be worth a casual comment, but apparently not. Thankfully, I don’t need them for real repairs, because if this is the inspection phase, I’d hate to see the repair phase.

Steve, Jacob, Beck, and the rest of the team at Firestone have been great. They really helped us out and were able to squeeze us in despite being short handed when we initially called. We were stranded in Montana after we thought we repaired the issue in South Dakota, and we’re from Kentucky so we were a long way from home. Steve has been great the whole time, fully explaining things and making sure we understand what’s going on, and he’s making sure we’re safe before we hit the road again. Big thank you to the entire team and the names I didn’t catch. Everyone was incredibly kind and it was like we were experiencing southern hospitality that we’re used to back home. This is the best spot to go when you’re in a jam.

Stopped by for a tire dismount and was impressed with how quickly they got me in - they took care of it right away. The team was professional, friendly, and clearly knows what they’re doing. Highly recommend this shop if you’re looking for fast and reliable service.
