Firestone Complete Auto Care

I had a great experience at Firestone Brea and was helped by the Store Manager Bryan. I brought my car in because I suspected an oil leak. Bryan explained everything clearly, was honest about what needed to be done, and took care of the issue right away. The service was professional, efficient, and the entire staff was very friendly. It’s always a relief to find a place you can trust with your car that also provides great customer service. I really appreciate the excellent service from Bryan and would definitely recommend them to others!

Brian was great. Just a tire rotation today but I got in and out quickly. He always gives me a 'heads up' on any issues that need addressing and is courteous, professional and attentive. Started coming here 6mo. when I got new tires but now i come for basic car maintenance. They're service is top notch. I'll be back.

I’ve been going to this Firestone on and off for years. People have always been nice and service has always been reliable. In the last couple of years, however, Bryon and Robert have really taken it up a notch. They’ve been incredibly helpful as I’ve worked through some issues with my aging Mini Cooper. They’ve been honest about the work they can and can’t do on the car, and have always tried to work with me to keep pricing as reasonable as possible. I’ve never felt pressured to buy something I wasn’t ready to, and their helpfulness and honesty has made this local Firestone my first stop when we bought my daughter her first car. Looking forward to many more years of reliable service from Robert, Bryon and their team.

Bryan was the best! was quick to diagnose my flat tire, got me on the schedule, and my service was done within 30 minutes. I really appreciate his honesty and efficiency! I will be coming back for routine maintenance.
