Firestone Complete Auto Care

I had a great experience at Firestone yesterday. I came in for a scheduled appointment during my lunch break, and they let me know the service would take about an hour and a half. Since I didn’t have enough time to wait, they kindly offered to give me a ride back to work and pick me up afterward. Victor, the person who drove me, was incredibly kind and friendly, which made the whole experience even better. The customer service overall was excellent. The front desk associate was very professional and courteous. The mechanic also did an amazing job making alignment for my car. I truly appreciate the level of care and professionalism from the entire team. They’ve definitely gained my trust, and I’ll be bringing my vehicle here for service going forward.

I had my car serviced at this location. The customer care was excellent. The front end associate was very kind, professional and kept me informed every step of the process. From what to expect in the beginning, to letting me know the step they were in. The mechanic serviced my car and did an amazing job. I will definitely have my vehicle taken care by them going forward. They have gained my trust.

This is the worst Firestone by far! No point in scheduling an appointment when they will just get to you, two hours later! What a complete joke. Workers are just laughing and joking around while customers are waiting for their services. By the way, I was the ONLY customer in there. GET IT TOGETHER.

Extremely slow service expect to spend an entire day here for most work. Pricing was a little high but its really the horrible service. 12:30 apt replacing breaks, rotors, calipers was told around 3hrs...they are still waiting on parts. Its now 5pm... cars barely had anything done but taken apart. I do not see this vehicle being done until 7pm I would never come here again. [Updated following day] -------------------------- Car was finished at 7 or 715pm and repair cost was around $2,600 however I did pay for a tire kit to fix the issue with metal caps on tires being fused. That added like 90 dollar cost. My issue was mainly that repair took near 7hrs with multiple hours of car not being touched once taken apart. Calipers took hours to be delivered but once they came another hour plus

I love that my time was taken into consideration at this Firestone by Mario and Victor Perez I was frequently updated every few minutes on the process of my vehicle this is a very customer service oriented place I was in and out in no time maybe 45 minutes which is a record..🤣🤣
