Firestone Complete Auto Care

Went in for an alignment (have lifetime service). Gave me the inspection sheet showed no changes done. Asked why haven't they done the alignment? Guy says the control arm is too cold and might snap the bolt 😂...... I'm a mechanical engineer, come on guys you can do better than that. 🤦‍♂️

I had a great experience at Firestone for my car maintenance. The staff was friendly, professional, and efficient. They got me in and out quickly, explained everything clearly, and didn’t try to upsell unnecessary services. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, which I appreciated. I called on Friday to make an appointment for an oil change and a once over because I had a warning light flash a few days prior and wanted to make sure everything was good. I was told to drop it off in the morning which was Saturday at 7 when they open. I got there at 7:30 in the morning and nobody was there and the place was locked up. So I filled out the envelope and dropped the keys off in the box and filled out the envelope for the oil change and a once over. Half the day went by I had not heard nothing so I called down there and they didn’t even look at it yet. Called again when it was almost ready for closing and was told that somebody was still looking at it would have to stay overnight. So now on Sunday I call late morning and nothing still was done yet. No oil change …nothing. Th

I’ve had nothing but great experiences at Firestone in Bristol. The manager truly goes above and beyond to make sure everything is done right, not just fast. He’s taken care of my brakes and tires at a very fair price and always makes sure the work is done properly and safely. It’s clear the team here cares about their customers and takes pride in their work. Honest, reliable, and professional—highly recommend this location if you’re looking for service you can trust!

I had the worst experience here. Not only is the labor damn near $200 an hour, but when I drop my car off, my brake lines were not leaking and when I picked up my car, my brake lines were all of a sudden leaking real bad, Where I parked the car when I dropped the car off, there was no puddle, but when I picked it up, there was this big puddle. He mentioned that they’re both service managers didn’t give me his name, but gave John’s name. Didn’t give me the store manager’s name just told me he was gonna be there on Friday. What store manager is not there all week so once I started saying that my brake lines were never like that I was offered a discount on the diag They provided as well as free storage if I fix my brake lines with them I have an older vehicle therefore I don’t understand why
