I first was looking for a specific specialty high speed run flat for my Mercedes. Liberty was awesome and extremely knowledgeable. After spending a good amount i had a small issue and they took me right in and was out in 40 minutes. 3 weeks later one of my Roeland Home Improvers Vans needed tires, guess who I called? Liberty again and equally satisfied

It took an hour and a half to make a simple oil change! Nothing more than an oil change. I made a reservation at 3:30(Checked in by 3:15) and I did not get out of the place until after 5:00. There wasn’t anything wrong with the car, no tire rotation, no other fluids changed. It should not take that long.

The appointment time for my vehicle was 8:30am on Wednesday, November 19, 2025. I was satisfied with the overall service I received at the Firestone establishment in Budd Lake, New Jersey. However, I was most satisfied with the young lady there, who was extremely helpful and courteous throughout my experience. She took time to not only tell me the services required but also showed me, ensuring that I understood the service process and its effects on my vehicle. Kudos to her!!!
