Had a nail in one of our tires where the location of puncture required all four tires be changed :( (Subaru AWD) The shop did a good job finding replacement tires and installation was reasonably priced. Holly and store managers were helpful in getting info on back ordered tires and there was no sales pressure.

I stopped by this Firestone to get an estimate for tires, an oil change, and a wheel alignment. Justin started my order and was extremely helpful—every coupon I found online had already been applied by him, which I really appreciated. I initially wanted to schedule an appointment, but they had availability and were able to fit me in right away. The whole service took about an hour and a half and was well worth it. Rich checked me out quickly and efficiently. Overall, great service! I’ll definitely be coming back to this Firestone. I will update on how my car drives.

Firestone Complete Auto Care took my Eagle truck in and hooked it up! With superior care and professionalism, I was very impressed as this friendly and affordable company put my truck back on the road. My last 4 visits to this Firestone, there was always an additional problem with my vehicle after they serviced it. Just yesterday, it happened again. When I asked if they had any recommendations for other repairs they felt are necessary, they always say no the car is in great condition. However, I had to come back to the shop to get an additional service done and they charged me for that additional service even though they said there was absolutely nothing wrong with the vehicle. Once I picked the car up yesterday evening around 6:30pm, I asked again was there any other service needed to the vehicle and they said no the vehicle doesn't need any new servicing. Very unprofessional and rude. They gave me an appointment for the Friday of Memorial Day weekend at 3pm. Then, because they wanted to close early , Richard got really rude and told me I could leave or reschedule. I reported the incident to Firestone (nothing was done). The Pep Boys up the street said they get customers from there all the time because of how unprofessional they are.
