I can’t thank Daniel at Firestone enough for saving my trip to Las Vegas! I was on my way out of town when I realized one of my tires was about to completely explode. It was beyond dangerous, and I honestly didn’t know if I was going to make it safely. Daniel stepped in immediately, took the situation seriously, and got me taken care of right away. He had all four of my tires replaced quickly and efficiently, making sure everything was safe and road-ready. He took care of my care even though it meant they were going past the time the shop closes. He also let me bring my dogs into the store. His professionalism, urgency, and customer service were top-notch. Because of Daniel and the team at Firestone, I was able to continue my trip to Las Vegas with total peace of mind. The Firestone location on Arneill in Camarillo is very professional, efficient and did the work right-well, my car runs better and they told me to come back if I had any problems. I had a number of things done and so the wait was just over two hours which was reasonable. No doubt I would go back to this Firestone location if and when my vehicle needs service/repair in the future.

Ricky was incredibly helpful and accommodating during a stressful situation. I had a packed schedule and getting a flat tire really put me in a tough spot. He handled everything quickly and professionally, getting my car taken care of fast and helping me stay on track with my day. I truly appreciate the great service and efficiency. Highly recommend!

UPDATE: 1/26/26: I followed up with a trip to the Firestone shop to get my documents and re-test an item. I also had the time to understand the longer term vision of the shop from their manager (Ricky). I was impressed with the help to retest and also the vision and steps being taken now to improve the quality of service and customer service in the future. Thank you for your efforts Ricky.. Keep pushing! ORIGINAL POST (Appx 1/15/26): I've been a customer for decades. This time the work was executed per committed time at Camarillo location- Good job! Had issue with getting a copy of invoice. Printer broken, 5 days later, I called to have it emailed. They tried to say they didn't have email address, though I got emailed invoice every time in past. Still waiting on copy of the inspection rep

Took my car in for an oils change and worked with Daniel. He was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and able to help me get speedy service. This is a great team and will plan on taking my car back for future needs.
