My first visit did not go as smoothly as expected due to his absence, and there were concerns that needed to be addressed. When I returned the following day and spoke with Andy directly, the difference was clear. He took full ownership of the situation, listened attentively, and made sure everything was handled the right way. There was no deflection, no excuses — just accountability and a genuine commitment to doing right by the customer. That level of leadership matters. Andy ensured the issue was resolved thoroughly and professionally, and because of that, I would confidently recommend this Firestone location to others. Strong management truly sets the standard, and it shows here.

Second time I have had my car serviced, and both times now, service was excellent. The prices are reasonable compared to the off base automotive shops, superb customer service and craftsmanship at the Camp Lejeune Firestone. Always welcome when you walk through the door, I love this place, will bring all future car maintenance to this location, super convenient. The service in most cases is completed the same day.

He took the time to explain the service clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure everything was completed efficiently. I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience, Luis was welcoming and attentive, he took the time to explain the services I needed and answered all my questions. My waiting time was 2 hours but it was done in 1 hour. I appreciated the transparency regarding pricing and the recommendations they provided for future maintenance. This Firestone is one of the places that you can tell the workers are true professionals. They’ve been able to easily help me with issues that perplexed other shops, and their prices are always cheaper. The staff always make me feel confident rather than stressed over the outcome of my car. Paul G and Bryson in particular were really helping me out.
