Let me first say that I have had many cars. And servicing one has never been easy as far as where to go and what to have done. Theo and the team at this Firestone took amazing and professional care of my needs with my car. I had always taken my car to the dealership before I moved here last year. I can tell you I will never take my car anywhere but here. My car drives better and smoother than it did having it serviced at the dealership. Thank you Theo and Ray the gentlemen who totally made my day fixing my car and the team you have at this location!!! Would highly recommend bring your car here. I had to replace four tire on my 2013 F-250, I called them to get price and availability and gotten fair price, I showed up the same day, treated very well and got the job done within two hours. The service was excellent, friendly and professional. I definitely recommend them.

Our rental car got a nail in the tire. We went to this Firestone location and they had us in and out in about 15 minutes. What a great place! I didn't catch the front desk guy's name but his customer service skills are excellent; I heard him deal with 10 or so customers and he was respectful and incredibly helpful with everyone.

This past weekend I had a situation with my car. I was able to get it to them - they ran tests and said everything was good. I truly appreciated their honesty!! They were great at communicating and I felt a very fair price for their services!
