I live on the coast and was in Central Point for a week because of a family member's illness. The weather in Central Point was snowy and icy while I was there, and the weather I was driving back to on the coast was windy and rainy. My nerves were already shot after a scary, worrisome week (that thankfully ended well!) and I just wanted some safety reassurance, so I stopped by Firestone to ask if they’d take a look at the pressure in my tires before I made the drive back home; I had super precious doggie cargo in the car after all! The Firestone staff told me to pull right up to the garage, came out and checked my tires, added some air, and that was that. They didn’t charge me a cent. Today's service experience at my local Firestone store was truly a real pleasure! Not only was the service writer Ricky extremely competent, but also super efficient and really went the extra mile to take care of my auto needs. Moreover, Art, the store manager offered his assistance and gave me excellent feedback on my service needs. Iam extremely satisfied and wood recomend to anyone needing autò-care to stop by Firestone in Medford,OR next to Costco.🙂

Dropped my car off at my 9am appointment on Saturday 2/28. I will admit I was about 10 minutes late, but waited in line for another 15 minutes to be checked in. With all services, minus me requesting wind sheid wipers, already pre-approved by fleet. The gentleman explained that it may not be ready today. Which confused me because it was a basic check up, oil change, tire rotation spark plugs, and probably a few other things that I can't remember. When I expressed i was a little confused that it might not be ready until the next day when I had an appointment. He explained they were busy, but thought he should be able to get to it today. I gave them my personal phone number for updates and explained I don't check my work phone number on weekends (which is the one on file).I never he

We had a major oil leak repaired at our mechanic in December 2025. In February 2026 we took our vehicle to Firestone for an inspection on the struts knowing we needed them. They came back and told us we also had oil all over the underside of our vehicle, several bolts, etc and it would cost $400 something to diagnose the mystery oil leak. We took it back to our mechanic and they couldn't find a leak. They power washed the oil off and told us to come back in a few days. We came back and still no oil leak. Our mechanic also told us that the oil they found on our under carriage didn't match the oil in our vehicle. Take what you will from this review, and always get second opinions. We won't be using Firestone anymore.
