I had an excellent experience at Firestone in Chalmette, LA! They replaced my battery, tires, completed a wheel alignment, and serviced my brakes, and everything was handled professionally from start to finish. Cortez was amazing knowledgeable, honest, and very helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain what was needed and made sure everything was done right. The service was efficient, and my car drives like new. I truly appreciate the quality of service and customer care. I highly recommend this location and will definitely be back!

Ladies, don't dare deal with this Firestone service - they hate women to the misogynist degree! If you are hankering to ruin your good day, get put down, disrespected, and argued with for 10+ minutes of your life on how You, a Woman, could possibly KNOW what is wrong with your car - then go here - they can deliver all of this! had such a great experience at Firestone Complete Auto Care. The manager, Cartez Brown, is always so friendly and professional. He really makes sure every customer feels valued. The staff there is amazing too. Everyone is kind, helpful, and easy to talk to, which makes the whole process stress-free. I brought my car in for a tire rotation and an oil change, and like always, the prices were very reasonable. They finished my car in a good amount of time depending on the service, and I felt confident that everything was done right. I definitely recommend this Firestone location. The team truly cares about the work they do, and it shows every time I go in.

Great experience at Firestone! I came in for tire replacement and the service was quick, professional, and hassle-free. I came in on a Sunday and Dorian and Walter were the only two technicians on staff and they still went above and beyond and then some they answered my questions and made suggestions and also assisted with getting a schedule that would work for me due to my job all the while being courteous and professional. Also informed me on all the services the company offers which was surprising since i thought it was tires only. I will definitely recommend this location and return for future services .
