1st: the customer service. Friendly, knowledgeable, & very willing to help. 2nd: They don't try to push unnecessary things. They may recommend, which is helpful for future visits, but they don't push it, if it's not absolutely necessary at the time. 3rd: They didn't just SAY I needed something... but actually showed me why. 4th: I love that there is a window to look into the garage. Not that I constantly check up on them... but it showed me that they had nothing to hide. Trustworthy! Put me at ease.

Greg is one of the best customer facing employees I have come across at Firestone in all the years I have been a customer. He was kind, explained procedures, and has an attention to detail that is unmatched. Shelby did a fantastic job with my car and I cannot express how happy I am to see a female in this field. She was knowledgeable and thoughtful. They are the reasons I will consider bringing my vehicle back to Firestone after a hiatus from a bad experience. I cannot recommend Firestone much at this time due to that experience, however, I think my time with Greg and Shelby could change that.

I am on a 3000 miles + road trip. I got a tire losing air while I am driving & i call around, this shop had the best price for a patch tire & can get me in right away, not like the other shops that have to close for lunch. Chuck & Shelby was extremely courteous & helpful. It turn out the tire was unrepairable , so she put the spare on without charging. I would have bought another tire that they have, which was cheaper than the other stores , but I didn't have time. I was in & out in 30 minutes.

Out of town and my battery goes dead. Nobody wanted to fix it because the battery was located under the front seat. Firestone got me right in without an appointment. Excellent customer service! Reasonably priced! Had me back on the road in an hour. Highly recommend!

We had a tire blow out on the turnpike on Christmas Eve. This Firestone location was the only place that had the specific tire we needed. Gabriel managed to fit us in at 1:30PM when they closed at 2PM and made sure we were able to get back on the road. They literally saved our trip to visit family for Christmas!
