Firestone Complete Auto Care

I rated 4 stars because the people are amazing and professional. They let me know right away there was a delay but we’re still pretty quick to get my truck alignment completed. However, when I got my truck home. I was looking over the alignment sheet and the rear axle alignment was worse then when I took it in. I will end up having to take it back in to have it realigned.

Rick has been so great to work with. He is honest, quick to respond, helpful, and a down to earth guy. I am excited to do more business with him in the future, I’d highly recommend him to anybody. Best Firestone I’ve ever been to.

The guys at this location were very friendly, knowledgeable, and walked me through my options. I didn't feel any pressure or stress with my decisions over my vehicle. They worked with me and went above and beyond. This location doesn't fit the typical “out to get you” vibe Firestone is known for. I was impressed and glad to have had the opportunity and pleasure to see that not all Firestone locations are the same.

Their professionalism, patience, and dedication turned what could have been a stressful ordeal into a smooth and positive experience. I’m truly grateful for their assistance and would highly recommend their service to anyone in need!

Without a doubt, and I’ve been in the business for a number of years too so I speak from experience. The store manager, Rick expertly navigated my tires purchase with respect and without pressure. My experience from start to finish was a refreshingly pleasant experience with all involved. My technician, Levi was extremely professional and customer oriented. All in all, everything was up to speed with my vehicle and never did I feel that I was being upselled. More importantly, they noted a few things to be aware of in the future, but not needed today.
