Firestone Complete Auto Care

A couple of weeks ago we had gone shopping at Sam's Club where we got a flat tire. We drove over to Firestone and asked if it would possible to get us serviced as soon as possible because we had a car full of perishable groceries upon which they prioritized us. It ended up we had to have the tire replaced. Realizing that the other three tires would probably need replacement, we came back just a few days ago to get the other tires replaced (at a great sale price). Hanz was our customer service agent. He was courteous, helpful, and quite patient with my husband and me who are senior citizens and don't hear well. Thanks, Hanz!

I’ve had poor experiences at several firestones across multiple cities. The only reason I’m coming back is for tire warranty/keeping the same tire on. I got a nail in the sidewall of my tire so it needs replacing. The online assistant scheduled me in a slot that was triple booked so I got a call to reschedule, no big deal. I happened to see another location when I was out and stopped by to see if they could do it sooner. They told me this tire was completely bald and had 0mm of tread and my other tires had 2-4mm left and would all need replacing soon so it’d probably be better to get a set of 4 tires. What a shot at an upsell. Would also be disappointing that I’m only getting 50% of the advertised tire mileage if that were true. I left because I didn’t want any sales attributed to them. We

Sadly not a 0 stars option. They told me they couldn’t patch my tire, tried to also tell me they only had a $250 tire in stock, that I needed a new air filter and an oil change. I had my oil changed and air filter replaced less than a month prior and I took it to Walmart and they patched my tire just fine. What a scam! Watch out people! They saw a woman bring a car in and thought they could get away with it, but jokes on them I know how to check oil and if a tire can be patched or not.

I went in early this morning because the low pressure light had come on for my tire. I was not sure whether it just needed air, or whether I had run over something on the road since I had been following a truck on the highway that kept dropping things off from its load. Unfortunately, I did not get the gentleman's name at the front desk, but he was very helpful and very nice. I was out of town and by myself, so his quick efficient service was greatly appreciated. And there was no charge! The gentleman never even took my name, just came out checked the air pressure on my tires, added air, made sure everything was okay and I was on my way. Tracy is a rock star! She got me in at the last minute for a warranty battery swap, so my daughter could drive herself to school the next day. She's holding that shop together, making sure everything gets done, running out to the shop while on hold, running back in to pick up calls. Truly impressed. I will be back to this location for sure!
