Of all the Firestone locations in the greater Columbia area, I appreciate the customer service most from this location. Freda was very gracious, kind, and accommodating. The service provided was just as desired and requested. It was quick, efficient, and professional. We had an oil change, tire rotation, and alignment, all of which were completed within an hour. Overall, this was a great experience.

The manager was very rude and non helpful they had my car 2 days and while in there care my tire was punctured and flat when I came to pick it up, non the less I was charged 275 to put in 3 bolts for my brake bads that were missing 3 bolts its really sad how you cant get good service or good customer service. And the manager has some real nasty ways also and feel as tho since he's the manager its no one you can talk to but him so if you dont reason with him its basically nothing you can do about the situation when they are the cause of it, I knew something was wrong when I came back and my window was half rolled down and he had to go to the young man to ask him why my window wasn't rolled up all the way smh been on this earth a long time I peep alot of dumb stupidity but hopefully they get

We had to replace our tires as we were forced into a curb today and we ended up right in front of Firestone. Not only were Frieda and Winter helpful in getting us back on the road, but they helped settle our nerves and contact the authorities. It was not how we wanted our day to go, but they made it not as hard. Excellent Service!

I was traveling through town when my tire pressure light came on (I had a puncture in my tire). Freda was able to get me in immediately and back on the road in no time! The whole team was incredibly professional and very friendly. I would definitely recommend!
