My tire popped in the ice storm of 2026, and the staff was just so patient and thoughtful. They overflowed with southern hospitality and information. They were patient and personable. I would recommend them to anyone. Jysell and Jesse made my experience amazing.

Excellent service they helped me get my new tires on my rims. They were fairly quick, but as soon as I got home I got to looking and my rims are scratched in numerous places where the machine runs along the outside. Absolutely ridiculous and 2 were completely fine and the other 2 are horrendous.

This store in Columbia TN used to be really good! When Bailey left and all his crew, it went down the hill so quick and the alignment machine has been down for a while! It takes a lot of time and effort for a good leader to maintain this facility. They are low on man power as well, the guy who took over Bailey’s spot is doing a good job and he is still learning a lot. It takes a good amount of people to run this business and without those great crew that Bailey’s got, it’s hard to keep up when they are so busy. I forgot the new manager’s name but he is doing pretty good even tho their alignment machine has been down he was able to give their customers needs and still manage to run the business. This place did a great job with my tires, even caught an oil leak. Excellent value, excellent product, and the turnover was fast. Especially grateful to Chris for keeping me informed throughout the process, and being so kind, a great representative of this business. I will definitely be back.

My repairs stemmed from an email from Firestone offering a free vehicle inspection. I am thankful since I needed tires and brakes. All service was provided efficiently and professionally.
