Firestone Complete Auto Care

Been meaning to write this review about 6 months. Kyle really does an outstanding job ! Unfortunately Firestone had an employee last year that was forgetting to torque down oil caps. Fortunately they were able to catch most but unlucky for me, while driving all of my oil drained and blew the engine. At the end of the day Kyle held him self accountable and admitted it was an employee of theirs and then got rid of him. Everything was taken care of as far as engine replacement (which they understood me wanting it done somewhere else) and I was even reimbursed for my out of pocket on a rental before claims took over and covered everything else. Not a perfect situation, but I appreciated how it was handled and respected the accountability !

Kyle the manager is a stand up guy. I highly recommend this location, not every car fix is straight forward but this shop will do its best to fix it and do it right. I can’t reiterate enough how much of a relief it was working with kyle and if you want to go to a mechanic you can trust go to this location. I had a power steering pump replaced in my car which unfortunately did not fix the problem with my steering. Kyle very graciously worked with me and fully covered the cost even while I offered to pay for the labor. Most other people would have excepted my payment but kyle knew the problem wasn’t fixed and wanted to make it right.

I took my car here at 4:30 today to get my brakes checked and assessed. Had an appointment scheduled as I called the day before and scheduled it. Get to the place they say they don’t have the appointment but they’ll fit me in. Guy says they should be able to get it done today but if not for sure by the morning. I’m thinking that they would for sure get it done as I dropped it off at 4:30 and they not close till 7. 6:30 rolls around and I haven’t heard from them. I call them, no answer. So I go there because I need my car the next day as I work at 7:45am. Get there lights are on in the lobby but the garage is dark. I can see my car through the door in the lobby going into the garage. No one’s at the front desk. I call out to see if anyone’s there no answer. I wait in the lobby for 15 minute

I highly recommend this Firestone location. Top notch work and the manager, Kyle, went above and beyond for me. It's the type of customer service that we should expect but unfortunately do not receive at many places these days. Kyle and his crew are all car people and treat your car as their own. Thank you again, Kyle and all of your employees at Firestone in Gahanna! I'm a customer for life!

Started my experience with the front desk guy asking me what numbered month April was. Then got quoted $200 for an oil change. My car takes 10 quarts of oil, which is a good amount. But a standard full synthetic oil change as a shop shouldn't cost more than $140-160 as the oil itself costs $60 for two 5 quarts. I didn't raise a fuss about it because I'm not that person. I accepted it and understood that I wouldn't be coming back here again.
