Stephen was amazing. Toyota did an oil change on my car a few days back my parents took my car there while I was on vacation to be nice! Toyota left the oil cap off. We started driving home to Ohio today. Smelled gas. Stopped at Firestone and he caught the mistake right away. Lifted the hood and there was oil everywhere. Did a great job at guiding us on the next steps . Taking pictures etc . Very nice and knowledgeable!

I had a great experience at Firestone! Stephen, my Tire specialist was very knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. He took the time to explain the different tire options, the features, and helped me understand the discounts available. He was very thorough and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!

Would like to give a HUGE shout out to this location. I arrived in cookeville from Nashville on Saturday afternoon with snow/ice hazardous conditions to see my car was over heating. When no other business or mechanic was available or helpful .....Micah , Ryan, and the mechanics wnere beyond helpful. I was stranded with my daughter and they first gave me advice over the phone along with directions to them, then thoroughly checked my car over and then offered us a ride while they quickly repaired it ( whole new radiator) to get us out of the weather and on our way. I was truly amazed with the speedy service and thoroughness. I really couldn't have asked for any better honest and trust worthy help! These guys deserve all the praise. Thank you all for being so kind, knowledgeable, and help

Stephen took excellent care of my vehicle. I came in for an oil change, brake service and new tires and he walked me through everything in a clear, honest way without any pressure. The work was done quickly, my truck drives and stops smoother than it has in a long time, and he made sure I understood what was done before I left. Great customer service and and you can tell he genuinely cares about his customers’ safety. I’ll definitely be coming back to see Stephen there for any future work on my vehicle.
