I had an excellent experience at the Firestone Corona location for tire service and a wheel alignment. The staff was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient from start to finish. Gregoriano was especially professional, took the time to explain everything clearly, and made sure the work was done right without any pressure or upselling. My car drives noticeably smoother, and the alignment made an immediate difference. Pricing was fair, turnaround time was quick, and the customer service was top-notch. I’ll definitely be coming back for future maintenance and highly recommend this Firestone location.

I was driving in from out of state when I got flat tire and had to stop at a local Firestone. I first chose to purchase my tires from Firestone because of their strong reputation for excellence, and this experience proved I made the right choice. Not only did they live up to that reputation, but Greg and the team here went above and beyond, exceeding every expectation with their customer service. Apart from taking care of my car and my situation, Greg truly took care of me. Even though my policy didn’t cover the tire hazard, he went out of his way to help with a courtesy and showed me exceptional service. I had an amazing experience thanks to Paloma and Gabriel. They did a fantastic job explaining everything about the tires and took their time to thoroughly check my car. The level of care they showed was beyond anything I’ve experienced before. They were welcoming, patient, and incredibly thorough from start to finish. Because of their outstanding service, I’ll definitely be coming back for all my car needs. They truly deserve a raise they’re doing an exceptional job!

I came in 2 hours before closing time to a really busy shop. Jay and Greg got me in and took care of my Subaru and everything that it needed for a great price. Did I mention it was a Sunday!! They are open on Sundays too.

Recently I went in for a routine oil change and they took good care of me here. 🥲❤️ On top of the service, they threw in a complimentary tire rotation and topped off my wiper fluid without having to ask. I had been putting both off. Japheth was super straightforward about what my car needed, without trying to upsell me on things that weren’t urgent. Because he was so honest/helpful, I actually came back to get my brakes replaced + brake fluid. They’ve been squeaking for a while now so hallelujah on getting that over with as well. As a girly pop who’s always nervous about finding a trustworthy place for car work, I’m really glad I randomly stumbled across this place. It feels good to have a shop I can confidently return to.
