HORRIBLE PLACE, Don't buy tires here. I bought 4 tires came in for flat repair told me nail was side ways not repairable. When I declined over the phone, stating I would take tire somewhere else. Not going to pay $167.00 with warranty coverage for another tire. THEY TOOK THE NAIL OUT & DROVE A SCREW THRU THE TIRE WHERE THE NAIL WAS SIDEWAYS. TOLD ME IT WAS ALWAYS A SCREW IN THERE NOT A NAIL. THEY SABOTAGE MY TIRE SO I WOULDN'T BE ABLE TO FIX IT SOMEWHERE ELESE. DISCOUNT TIRE FIXED MY TIRE FOR FREE SAID IT WAS STILL REAPAIRABLE WITH NO DRIVING HAZARD. NEED TO TEACH YOUR TECH HOW TO REPAIR TIRES INSTEAD OF SELLING CUSTOMERS NEW TIRES EVERY TIME THEY GET A FLAT.

Excellent service from great staff. They respected a lifetime alignment warranty from out of state, which I appreciate. Tech issues with the national Firestone system caused some minor delays, and they're not the cheapest place in town, but I appreciate the added peace of mind.

This will be an honest critique. I have been to 2802 Leopard St in Corpus Christi for close to 3 yrs now and 75% of time my truck is never taken into the bays on time. Today I waited 40 minutes past my appt time b4 I had enough waiting. I left. Salvador is very considerate and kind. This isn't about him personally. I understand employees late, sick, or even quiting leaving businesses behind schedule but not 75% of time. No one should ever have to consistently wait way past their appt time. Corporate America could care less about customer service any more. They overbook appts for services and let you wait. No such thing as corporate consideration for their customers. Jacob/store mgr. and the gentleman/mechanic who worked on my Jetta were not only very attentive but professional regarding my car issues. Their expertise and time are appreciated…as a woman not quite savvy regarding the “mechanism” of an auto…both gentlemen satisfactorily addressed and understood my vehicle concerns! December 12, 2025 On this day the headlights on my vehicle were not working properly; trusting Firestone, I called to make an appointment. Jesse, Service Advisor took my call and immediately scheduled the appointment. He and Dustin, the mechanic were exceptional helpful not only answering my concerns but using “lay-man’s” terminology that I clearly understood. I’ve been a loyal customer to Firestone for years with multiple vehicles. By far the best service I’ve ever gotten is from the location on Leopard in Corpus Christi. The workers here our extremely patient and kind when explaining any maintenance issues, they are professional in their manner of speaking to a woman, which I appreciate, and best of all they are fast and efficient.
