Firestone Complete Auto Care

I brought my vehicle in for a brake inspection and had made an appointment at 2pm which I showed up early for. After talking with the employee at the front she informed me they would be doing the inspection and I would be contacted at 3:30 with the results. Me and my wife walked around town and returned to the shop at 3:30 and sat in the lobby waiting for an update. As time passed we were never called on the phone or in the shop to let us know what was going on. At around 4pm I walked to the desk to ask if they had an update and they said not yet so we continued to wait. Knowing the shop closed at 6pm I went to the desk again around 5 to ask if they had an update and they said the battery needed to be replaced as well as the tires rotated and the brakes lubed and adjusted. My husband called Firestone in Corvallis to see if they could help our daughter get a set of tires without getting ripped off and sold a bunch of stuff that she didn’t need, while getting a quality tire with a proper installation. A man there, Ken, talked to my husband for 20 minutes on the phone… the first time. Priced out several different tires, several different brands, talked about rotations, flat repairs, road hazards, sale prices, tire warranties and everything else that comes with buying tires. The customer service was absolutely amazing and our daughter was able to get new tires when it was convenient for her, plus they checked out the alignment. Didn’t need one, but they checked. Worst experience ever. I brought my almost brand new vehicle in for an oil change and left needing 5 different parts replaced… on a brand new car. Literally still under warranty. I had to tow my vehicle to the dealership for $300 to get 5 parts replaced. I literally needed an oil change. I had my check engine light and my oil pressure light on immediately after, and I had to wait 1 week to get my car back. I am so lucky it was under warranty. I honestly can’t believe this place is still standing after all of the terrible reviews I’ve read. Friendly reminder to read the damn reviews.

Ken is an amazing manager he is always helping me out when i am in a crunch needing an oil change or any vehicle maintenance for that matter. These workers here do the fastest oil changes I've ever seen while still following all safety procedures. I would rate them 20/5 stars if i was allowed to. I am extremely appreciative of Ken and his team always doing they best they can no matter the circumstances.

I had a great experience at Firestone Complete Auto Care thanks to Tara Stacy. She was extremely helpful, professional, and honest throughout the whole process. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable with the service being done. Customer service like hers really makes a difference.
