I had an excellent experience at this Firestone location. The team was professional, efficient, and upfront about everything from the moment I walked in. They diagnosed the issue quickly, explained exactly what was going on with my vehicle, and didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary. Huge shoutout to Xavier and Robert for doing an outstanding job. They were knowledgeable, respectful, and made sure the work was done right. You can tell they actually care about the quality of their work and the customer experience. If you’re looking for a shop that’s honest, fast, and reliable, this is the spot. I’ll definitely be coming back.

This location was by far the best I’ve been too. Katie and everyone else that helped me have made this process extremely easy and clear from start to finish. They didn’t pressure me into doing any extra work on my vehicle only the specific issue that was my concern and reason for coming in. Robert also explained things to me in a way that I could understand clearly and made sure I was safe to be back n the road. I recommend this location to anyone that needs work done also. I had a really good experience at Firestone! Mr. Robert and the staff were friendly, professional and got my car taken care of very quickly. Mr. Robert took time to explain what my car needed without any pressure. My car is running great, price are good, service is great! Highly recommend this location! Not only did I get my car back with the issue fix, the Mechanic and the front office really explained and broke down everything I needed to know with future repairs and major repairs I needed done asap (including the price and labor fees). I came in for an alignment sometime ago with purchase of a warranty, work was done no issues. Sometime shortly after vehicle needed realignment which again is no issue, until I ran into JEAN. Where do I begin with HEAN. absoutely disgusting attitude, its the attitude of someone who doesnt want to be there and you should be thankful that JEAN is taking the time of her day just go speak with you.
