Firestone Complete Auto Care

On 9/24/25 I blew a tire on the highway. My car was towed to Firestone on Fleur. They put on a new tire and gave me an oil change. I appreciated how quickly they completed the service so I could get to work. However, since I left there has been a squeaking sound sometimes. The sound grew much more frequent today so I checked my tire when I arrived to my daughter’s daycare to pick her up at 4pm on 10/1/25. The nuts were loose. I have a video to prove it. I called Firestone Fleur and asked them to send someone out to fix it. The woman on the phone was extremely rude and told me to drive to Firestone for them to look at it. I explained I had my daughter and I would not be driving anymore with the nuts loose on it, especially not with my daughter in the car. She finally agreed to call the mana

Wow I’m actually surprised to get on here and see ANY positive reviews. I’ve come here multiple times, but have left in tears for the last time. Every single time I’ve come there’s been an issue and every single person, with the exception of the one woman there, was beyond rude, short, and snippy. I’ve never even left a bad review before but I’m just still astonished. I schedule and appointment online. They cancel the appointment. I call them to ask why. “Well we’re not open at that time” “Oh well you should look at updating your website to reflect your working hours, to clear confusion” “Well i can’t just do that” K then don’t talk to me like I’m stupid about it 🫡 Next, on my online appointment request, on the phone, and in person, i ASKED if they would put three new windshield wiper

Went to get an oil change today and was very impressed! Prices for a standard oil change was cheaper than anywhere else I looked, And I called around! The front desk guy was very knowledgeable and ensured I was informed of and received all their deals to make the visit as cheap as possible for me without being asked which as a single mom of 4 was definitely appreciated. I ended up walking away with a free oil change after he informed me if I apply for their credit card whether I’m approved or declined I could get my oil change and tire rotation done for free! Will def be bringing my car in regularly for oil changes and maybe other things. I also got a quote on 4 new tires for the winter and felt the price was very fair and low compared to competitors.

I have been a regular customer with Firestone. I am a visitor in Des Moines and happen to service my vehicle. Service out here was very prompt, apt and thorough. Most importantly very time friendly, I had to wait not long to get my vehicle going. I got expert recommendations as well. I drove about 20minutes to locate this Firestone and it is definitely not a waste of my time. Staff were friendly and very professional. Will definitely come back here.
