Firestone in Dickson got us back on the road fast! Being thousand of miles from home, I picked up a screw in one of my tires. I stopped in and asked if they would help remove it since I didn’t have any tools and without hesitation Paul grabbed some supplies. Unfortunately it had gone through and needed to be patched. They got it fixed and us back on the road in no time (I was slightly stressing as we still had twelve hours to drive). Everyone was professional at this location! It was busy, phone ringing nonstop and walk ins, but not once did anyone complain or have a bad attitude. Matter of fact, they did very well adjusting to each customer’s automotive knowledge levels to make sure they understood every detail.

Shout out to Firestone team (Michael & Paul) for consistent communication and diligence towards repairs through New Year's week! Also for keeping necessary repairs vs repairs that can wait separate. I needed some decent maintenance on my car. They advised that I didn't need some of the services I thought I did yet (so no up selling), so I put that money towards other repairs. 2 new tires, all TPMS sensors replaced, brake drum cleaning and alignment + brake fluid exchange. They had my car over night but back to me in 1.5 business days. ABS + traction light was on when I brought it in, but overlooked on inspection/phone calls about potential repairs. Partly my fault for not bringing it up again while going down the list of repairs. The mechanic, Paul, who worked on my vehicle, apologized

I came in on a Sunday morning with my trucks breaks grinding. Michael was professional and quick to help me out. His guys assessed my truck and Michael was able to call and get a part that day for my truck and have it repaired the same day! I am so thankful for the men at Firestone who always go above and beyond to help us out.

Always fast and friendly, esp Antony. So glad I purchased the insurance for the tires. I brought my Jeep in because we saw a visible screw in one tire. It turns out all 4 tires needed work. Thank you for keeping us safe on the road.

Always bring my vehicles here if I need something done. Anthony has always been great to deal with too. I've had no complaints at all. They are honest, and professional.
